Returns Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please be sure to order sample swatches and approve the fabric quality and color PRIOR to placing an order. Due to each individual’s computer display settings we cannot guarantee the precise color match of the fabric you have selected, therefore we strongly encourage our buyers to order sample fabric swatches for color and quality reference, before placing an order. Fabric swatches and color cards are FREE of charge and sent via US mail within 4 -5 business days.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the US and Canada. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping handling fee, shipping rate, and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose (UPS or FEDEX), shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that a shipping handling fee will be added to the shipping rates for all items, shipping rates are weight-based.
